Application Overview

Application name: VASAIKO Ads Manager

Application purpose: VASAIKO Ads Manager is an internal automation tool used by Vasaiko (Guangzhou Zhouding Import & Export Co., Ltd.) to programmatically create, update, and monitor Google Ads campaigns that promote VASAIKO safety detectors (carbon monoxide, combustible gas, smoke, temperature, and humidity alarms) across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Gmail.

Data scope: The application reads aggregate campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value) from our own Google Ads accounts under the Hybgg manager account (MCC ID 317-767-2350). It writes campaign structures, asset groups, and bidding strategy changes only on accounts that we own. It does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personally identifiable information or Google-user tracking data.

Authorization: Only the brand operator authorizes the application via Google OAuth 2.0. The application never receives Google user data beyond what is required to call the Google Ads API on our own behalf.

Compliance: The application conforms to Google Ads API policies, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and applicable US consumer-protection rules.
